Elphan Hot-Melt Type Adhesive Films
Elphan is an adhesive film based on polyamide, polyester, polyurethane, and EVA-based resins. Due to thermal adhesion bonding, the products have a variety of advantages, such as the bonding layers are uniform, and they can be applied to almost all materials, including fibers, metals, lumbers, plastics, glass and leather.

● You want to save drying space and time after applying emulsion adhesives;
● You have problems in bonding expandable fiber materials;

  • Elphan NT [Polyamide-based hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) type]
    Elphan NT is a hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) film of a special nylon-based type. Recommended applications are those that require special bonding strength or heat resistance. Concerning bonding with fibers, Elphan NT offers excellent laundry resistance for water washing, dry cleaning, etc.
  • Elphan UH [Polyurethane-base hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) type]
    Elphan UH is a hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) film using a thermoplastic polyurethane resin. Since Elphan UH offers very soft texture and is cold-temperature resistant, it is suited for bonding of urethane-based leather or vinyl-chloride-based leather.
  • Elphan PH [Polyester-based hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) type]
    Elphan PH is a polyester-based hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) film using a thermoplastic polyurethane resin. It has superb bonding capability for films and formed articles made of polyester, polyvinyl chloride, and polycarbonates or for foils and plates of aluminum, copper, and steel. It also offers excellent flexibility.
  • Elphan OH [EVA-based hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) type]
    Elphan OH is a general-purpose hot-melt ( = thermal adhesive) film using a special EVA resin. Since the cost is low, application is recommended where the product is consumed in volume. The product is best suited for use in woodwork, automobiles, textiles, and miscellaneous goods.
