GOGLIO valves have 50% or more market share throughout the world and are approved by the FDA in the United States and the Health and Welfare Ministry in Japan.
Referring to a representative customer, valves and packaging materials for Starbucks Coffee Japan are manufactured by Fres-Co System USA, which is a core company of the GOGLIO group and exports the products to countries throughout the world.
The primary function of the valve, in general, is to discharge gases that are generated from packaged products (fermented foods, such as roasted coffee beans and soybean pastes).
For heavy-duty bags for industrial use, it is possible to improve stability in stacking during storage and transportation by discharging residual air from the valve when loading the content.
Valves are used today with products for versatile applications, and we offer an abundant product lineup to cater to such different applications.

For example: nylon resins, special PE, PP, and EVOH.
Specifications of Valve
- The degassing valve is a polyethylene valve that can be heat-sealed on the laminate film of the package. Although it is welded on the product, a paper filter suitable for use with foodstuffs protects the content from ambient air. A soft and flexible circular rubber piece that operates the valve is provided in the valve, and a silicon oil layer further ensures hermetic sealing. When the inner pressure (F2) caused by the product is higher than the total of the environmental pressure (F1), the capillary viscosity of oil (F3), and the elasticity of rubber (F4), the valve opens to discharge gas.??
